A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all dates.

- A non-refundable 20% deposit is required for standard bookings.

- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for extended dates and FMTY bookings.

Deposits must be sent via Cash App, Venmo, or an e-gift platform of my choice.

• 48 hours notice or more is required for your deposit to remain eligible for a future date. One rescheduling opportunity will be extended, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of our scheduled time will require the full donation to be honored, as the time has been exclusively reserved for you.

• For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit may be forfeited.

I am based in San Francisco, where I host at an upscale hotel in the heart of downtown. Should you prefer, I’m glad to arrange a location most convenient for you. Outcalls are available only to upscale hotels in the Bay Area, SFO airport, and the private residences of established suitors.

Please present the donation immediately upon meeting. If we're meeting in a public or social setting, kindly place it discreetly in a card, book, or gift bag. For outcalls and incalls, you may leave it in the bathroom.

I take pride in being very hygienic, and I ask that you take the same amount of care. Upon arrival please excuse yourself to the bathroom to shower before any physical interactions, regardless if it was completed ahead of time. Please don’t forget about your minty fresh breath and trimmed nails.
